Welcome to Dork! By using this website, placing an order, or interacting with any part of the site, you’re agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you don’t agree, that’s cool, but using the site means you’re giving a virtual nod.

1. Ordering & Product Reality

• Availability: All purchases are subject to availability.

• The "Technical Romantic" Disclaimer: We strive for perfection, but because our items are made-to-order via print-on-demand, slight variations in color, placement, or "grain" may occur. These aren't defects; they’re part of the process.

• Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, payment errors, or suspected "bad vibes" (fraud). If we cancel, we’ll email you and refund you immediately.

2. Payment

All major credit cards and payment methods listed at checkout are accepted. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (like Stripe or PayPal). Dork doesn’t store your payment info. Ever.

3. Shipping & Customs

• Delivery: Estimated times are just that—estimates. Dork isn’t responsible for postal delays, customs hangups, or acts of chaos (weather, aliens, or raccoons in the mail truck).

• International Fees: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes (unless otherwise stated during checkout).

4. Returns & Refunds

Because your gear is custom-printed just for you, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with a clear manufacturing error. Check our full Shipping & Return Policy for the step-by-step on how to handle these.

5. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Dork, except for certain licensed stock imagery used to help tell our story, which remains the property of its respective owners. Please don’t use, reproduce, or "remix" our work without explicit permission. Seriously, don’t be that person.

6. Limitation of Liability (The "Safety" Clause)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dork (and its owner) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or "oops" damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. If we ever have a legal disagreement that we can't solve over email, it’ll be handled in the courts of Ontario.

8. Site Use

Use this site for lawful purposes only. Don’t mess with the code, don’t hack anything, and definitely don’t try to impersonate others. Violating these rules will result in an immediate ban.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms might be updated from time to time. When they are, the “Effective Date” at the top will change. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
