Shipping & Returns Policy

Got your eye on some gear? Here’s everything you need to know about how it gets from the studio to your doorstep.

1. Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Because we believe in "Technical Romanticism" and reducing waste, every item is printed specifically for you once you place an order.

Processing Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom gear.

Fulfillment: We use global partners (like Printful) to fulfill orders as close to you as possible to keep our carbon footprint—and your wait time—down.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We believe in keeping things simple.

Standard Shipping:Free Worldwide. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

Estimated Delivery:

Canada: 3–7 business days

U.S.: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

• Note: These are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, customs, or other unexpected hiccups.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canada: We’ve handled the paperwork for you. All Canadian orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any customs fees or import duties are covered by us—no surprise bills at your door.

International (Outside Canada/US): For other international locations, buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their specific country.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order ships. If it doesn’t show up right away, give it a little time to update in the system, and check that pesky spam folder.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Damaged or Mislabelled Items: If your gear arrives damaged or there was a "glitch in the matrix" (manufacturing error), please email us at Support@dork-hq.com within 4 weeks of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you at no cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or your order is past the estimated delivery window, reach out to us. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
