  • How long does it take to get my gear?

    Because we believe in "Technical Romanticism"—creating only what is needed—every item is custom-printed just for you. It usually takes 2–5 business days to fulfill your order, plus shipping time.

  • What is your return policy?

    Since every piece is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. This helps us stay sustainable and keep our "Beginner’s Confidence" high. Please double-check the size guides before you hit the checkout!

  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

    If there’s a "glitch in the matrix" and your item arrives damaged, mislabelled, or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you. Reach out to Support@dork.studio within 4 weeks of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

    Nope. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. The price you see on the product page is the final price for shipping, regardless of where you are in the world.

  • What about customs and duties (Canada)?

    For our Canadian friends, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we handle the import fees and taxes on our end so you don't get any surprise bills at your doorstep.

  • What about international customs (Outside Canada/US)?

    If you are ordering from outside Canada or the US, you are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes your specific country might charge upon arrival.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Because the "Technical" side of our fulfillment starts almost immediately after you order, we can only make changes or cancellations if the order hasn't hit the production line yet. Email us ASAP at Support@dork.studio if you've made a mistake.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your gear is printed and packed, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you don’t see it within a week of ordering, check your spam folder or give us a shout.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

At Dork, the goal is to make sure every piece of gear feels just right. But if something’s off, no worries — help is available.

  • Returns

    Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

    • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    How to Start a Return

    Send an email to support@dork-hq.com with the order number and reason for return. Instructions and a return shipping address will be provided.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error (wrong item, defective product, etc).

  • Refunds

    After the returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges

    Looking for a different size or color? The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order. For help, send an email to support@dork-hq.com.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of receiving it. A solution will be provided as quickly as possible.
